1. Our Return Policy
We want you to love your Ceylara pieces. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags still attached.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that several types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged for hygiene and sale purposes:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during a promotional clearance.
- Intimates, swimwear, and bodysuits (if applicable).
- Jewelry and accessories.
- Gift cards.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at ceylarasl@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your Order ID and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Securely pack your item(s) in the original packaging.
- Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method.
* Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first, as it may not be processed.
4. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective or we made an error fulfilling your order. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment (or via bank transfer for COD orders) within 5-10 business days.
If you haven't received a refund yet after the stated period, please check your bank account again and contact your bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at ceylarasl@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
