We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, and we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
All prices are stated in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
4. Orders and Delivery
We offer island-wide delivery across Sri Lanka. Delivery times may vary depending on your location (typically 2-5 working days). We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances including weather conditions.
5. Returns and Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 7 days of purchase, provided the items are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that sale items are final and cannot be exchanged. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
6. Limitation of Liability
Ceylara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
